Built on private land right next to the Ping river, our fully staffed villa can accommodate a maximum of 14 guests and consists of four bedrooms in the main house, two poolside bedrooms, a large comfortable lounge, indoor and outdoor dining areas, guest kitchen, private gym, large swimming pool, kids pool, jacuzzi and a huge sala.

Our villa sits in a rural part of Chiang Mai, just a short drive from town, right on the Ping River. The villa is fully staffed with a Villa Manager, Breakfast Chef and Maid service included.
Lush Gardens & Large Pool
The lounge and outside covered searting area overlooks the large pool and lush tropical gardens all around. The pool is 12m x 6m and has a shallow area for children to play safely.

The villa is perfect for entertaining guests or simply enjoying a quiet evening with family and friends. We also have a separate TV lounge.

Our villa features spacious and elegantly designed lanna style bedrooms, all en-suite and air conditioned, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay for all our guests. Four bedrooms are in the main house (three upstairs, one downstairs), and two annexe bedrooms have views of the surrounding gardens or pool area.

The private gym is fully equipped with modern exercise equipment, including a treadmill, stationary bike, free weights, and much more including a shower and changing area.
